I am Dirk Drees, aerospace engineering graduate, private pilot, and passionate aircraft builder.
As the builder of two Sling TSi aircraft, operator of the video blog “Apfelkuchen Flugzeugbau,” and long-time aviation enthusiast, I am your point of contact in the German-speaking region for everything related to Sling Aircraft – from first impressions to supporting your own building project.
I placed particular emphasis on the composite components during the build – focusing on appearance, precision fit, and craftsmanship. My greatest strength lies in supporting interested parties and future builders – from the first introduction to the Sling to assistance throughout their own building project.
